​Teneika Askew has over nine years of combined experience in entrepreneurship and IT Consulting. She advises clients on building financial data marts, integrating financial data across disparate financial systems and developing dashboards and financial reports in software and systems such as Oracle, SAP, PowerBI or Tableau.

Teneika is always looking to create new opportunities for her community and the network of diverse consultants she is a part of.  Her social entrepreneurial journey began when she founded the non-profits, Ribbons of Beauty and BiCTech, to mentor and advise high school women and student entrepreneurs in NC and DC.
